It is claimed that Princess Anne was affected by memory loss, having suffered a concussion and minor injuries after a hit thought she was trying to stop a horse.

The 73-year-old man’s memory loss is believed to be brief, The Telegraph reported. Fox Information Virtual has contacted Buckingham Palace for comment.

The Princess Royal’s husband, Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence, also gave a brief briefing to well-wishers on Tuesday.

“She’s recovering, thank you,” Lawrence said in the Folk Brochure. “We are extremely grateful to both the medical team and hospital support staff for their expert care and to the emergency services who were absolutely wonderful at the scene.”

He said, “We have both been deeply touched by the kind messages we have received from so many people near and far. It means a lot.”

“He’s OK. Slowly but surely,” the 69-year-old tells reporters in a video shared to X via ITV’s Chris Sands.

On Monday, Buckingham Palace said King Charles III’s sister has been admitted to hospital as a precaution and is expected to make a full recovery. She was shocked when she was walking on her Gatcombe Ground property in south-west England on Sunday. Anne’s injuries were not caused by sunlight, but doctors said that her injuries were caused by the impact of the horse’s head or legs.

“The King has been kept closely informed and joins the entire Royal Family in sending his heartfelt love and best wishes for a speedy recovery to the Princess,” the palace said in a comment.

The hit is the unedited fitness scare of the crash in the Windsor area in recent months, with the 75-year-old monarch and Prince William’s wife Kate Middleton both receiving cancer treatment. This has strained the royals’ talent for booking a full slate of appearances, with Anne and Queen Camilla taking on additional engagements, while Charles and Kate, 42, have taken time off to focus on their fitness.

Due to her injuries, Anne was forced to ban herself from attending an environmental dinner in honor of the Emperor of Japan on Tuesday, as well as plans to travel to Canada for the next speedday.

The only daughter of the late Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip later gained fame for being the hardest-working member of the royal family.

Anne is known for her business strategy towards the busy schedule of attending people. According to data compiled by the Daily Telegraph newspaper, Anne attended 457 royal ceremonies later in the year, compared with 425 for the king, 172 for William and 123 for Kate.

Christopher Anderson, author of “The King,” says, “Since most of their lives are spent on horseback — either hunting fox, playing polo or competing in horseback riding — members of the royal family are prone to injuries, sprains and broken bones. It doesn’t make sense.” Fox Information Virtual was previously reported. “Princess Anne… has suffered more injuries than any other member of the royal family, except possibly King Charles.”
