Briscoe may have suffered a concerning professional setback after diving off the ladder and missing the desk. As poetic as it sounds, this was not only the perfect story, it was another terrible, bad situation in the AEW Smash Duel.
Fans were trying to strip Takeshita of the TNT identity, but babyface Mark Briscoe defied them and the family calmed down almost immediately.
Jack Perry captured the TNT Championship by defeating Brisco with a ladder.
