Angie Harmon’s daughter was once arrested in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Fox Information Virtual showed that on June 6, Avery Sehorn was charged with criminal burglary and theft.
Angie shares Avery with her ex-husband, NFL superstar Jason Sehorn.
The former couple also have daughters Finley, 20, and Emery, 15.
According to an incident file obtained via Fox News Virtual, the incident occurred at 11:30 pm at the International Evening Club in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Sehorn is accused of entering the club and stealing six bottles of liquor worth $500.
According to local outlet WCCB, the club owner says Sehorn was with two 17-year-old boys.
The club owner claims the gang allegedly entered through the back door, hid behind the bar and drank alcohol.
Avery graduated from high school on June 2.
Harmon did not immediately respond to Fox Information Virtual’s request for comment.
Angie celebrated her daughter’s high school graduation on Instagram earlier this hour, sharing a photo with Avery and two videos of her graduation.
“We are all so proud of you Avery! You have conquered, conquered and excelled in shining with the stars!” Harmon’s caption was mentioned. “Remember to leave every place better than you found it and we are all so excited to see what God has planned for you!”
A few months ago, Harmon made headlines after accusing an Instacart driver of taking pictures of her dog and killing it in March.
In the last hours, Harmon sued the driver and Instacart in a North Carolina court for negligent/gross negligence, trespass, invasion of privacy and willful damage, according to court documents obtained via Fox News Virtual.
The actress asked for an ordeal through a jury to reach a verdict of financial damages, which Harmon claimed was more than $25,000.
The alleged tragic shooting of Harmon’s dog named Oliver happened sometime over Easter weekend after a man sent a chain mail to the “Rizzoli & Isles” superstar’s home.
“He got out of his car, gave food and then shot our dog,” Harmon wrote on Instagram this week. “Our Ring camera was charging in the house, which he noticed and then realized it wasn’t recording.”
According to the actress, the source driver claimed “self-defense” and the police released him.
“There were no scratches or bite marks on her nor were her pants torn,” he alleged.
He added, “He was making purchases under the identity of a woman named Merle… The photo is on my story.” Harmon shared a screenshot of the supply confirmation which contained a photo of a woman.
Harmon claimed that after arriving at the home, police merely questioned the driver and closed the investigation before performing an autopsy on the dog.
Harmon told “Good Morning America” in an interview that an autopsy performed on the dog revealed that the dog had bitten or violently attacked someone.
“It’s just unimaginable to think that there’s someone on the street in front of you who has fired a gun,” he said. “And you never leave that tone.
“He shot our dog with my daughters and I at home and just kept saying, ‘Yes, I shot your dog. Yes, I did,'” she explained. “We are talking about our beloved boy and family members. “Completely shocked and heartbroken by the loss.”
