Apple Optical Professional launches in UK, Canada, France, Germany and Australia

Apple’s Optical Professional Spatial Computing headset recently arrived at Apple Bundle locations in the UK, Canada, France, Germany, and Australia. The device was previously available in Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, mainland China, and the US.

Customer enthusiasm for the $3,499 headset has waned domestically, and Apple may be hoping that its unused availability in global markets will serve as a shot in the arm for ailing sales. The headset has yet to sell 100,000 devices in the quarter since its announcement in the US in February, according to market tracker IDC.
