Helldivers 2 developer Arrowhead has released a new domain for the PC and PlayStation 5 co-op shooter that fixes spears causing collision issues caused by a previous update.
Last generation update 1.000.402 included a cure for the Spear no longer focusing on multiple entities (spawners, compound gadgets, etc.). This change was welcomed by archivists because, it was hoped, it would ultimately make the spear weapon more valuable on the battlefield.
On the other hand, avid gamers soon discovered that the Spear, the same weapon that Arrowhead wanted to fix, had caused the crash, prompting a new advisory not to take advantage of it. Now, a cure for spear-related accidents is available in area 01.000.403. The cross of arms is now the pinnacle of the Spear’s turbulent future in Helldivers 2.
At various locations, there are additional medications for many minor problems, and an updated list of the problems Arrowhead is working on.
