Sweet and bitter.
Justin Timberlake and his wife, Jessica Biel, looked great backstage on the first night of his concert at Madison Square. Ground on Tuesday.
Timberlake — who was charged with DWI in the Hamptons on June 18 — shared video of the couple and some members of their tour group sampling Swedish gummy sweets from BonBon in pristine York City.
In the first clip, Biel, 42, tried a pink gummy — and she wasn’t a fan.
“Holy s–t,” he said, suffering from style.
“It’s so good, it’s just so sour,” the actress said.
Beal gave the dessert an 8 or 9 observation out of 10.
“Yum,” he said with two thumbs up.
Timberlake, 43, attempted to make the dessert in the second clip.
“Is it terrible?” He asked his wife and staff.
Then quipping, the “Mirrors” singer asked, “What’s that?” And said that it tasted “sour”.
He said, “I would give it a 6.”
When asked if he would eat sweets again, Timberlake replied, “No,” which caused laughter.
Then the tour group members took their turns, with Timberlake attempting another dessert.
“Oh, that’s good,” he said. “I like that one better than the first one.”
He gave the second candy a ranking of 9.5.
“It tastes like strawberry bubblegum,” Timberlake said, referencing his 2013 track “Strawberry Bubblegum.”
Timberlake continued his Day of Humiliation today after being arrested for traveling while intoxicated earlier this year.
Then, as he exited the American Hotel, where he was having dinner with friends Monday night, he blew a cancel signal and rear-ended the vehicle, police said. The singer reportedly refused to take a blood alcohol test three times, and failed field sobriety tests.
The policeman who pulled Timberlake over reportedly did not know who he was at first.
Timberlake reportedly advised police, “This will ruin the tour.”
The policeman replied, “Which tour?”
The singer replied, “The world tour.”
Timberlake was arrested once and charged with driving under the influence.
A representative for Timberlake’s attorney Edward Burke said in a comment, “Mr. Burke looks forward to vigorously defending Mr. Timberlake against these allegations. He will have much more to say at the appropriate time. He is currently on trial with the D.A.’s Office Waiting for complete information.
Timberlake’s case will go back to court on July 26, but he does not want to appear.
The former *NSYNC member addressed the incident in his first performance on tour closest to his arrest.
“It’s been a tough week,” he advised the public at the United Heart of Chicago on June 21. “I know it’s hard to love me sometimes, but keep loving me.”
Timberlake performed two performances at Madison Square. box on June 25 and June 26. Biel was seen dancing to her performance earlier in the show.
The actress has not yet said anything publicly about her husband’s arrest.
On the other hand, sources told Us Weekly that the “Valentine’s Day” superstar was “extremely upset” and “shocked” by the incident.
Additionally, the insider said that Biel was “really worried” about Timberlake when she heard he had been arrested.
The couple was married in 2012. They have two sons, Silas, 9, and Phineas, 4.
