Princess Kate of Wales has shared an update on her condition, the first since saying in March that she had been diagnosed with cancer.

Prince William’s wife, Kate, 42, said Friday that she is “making good progress” as she undergoes chemotherapy, but is “not out yet.”

“I’m making good progress, but as anyone who has gone through chemotherapy will know there are good days and bad days,” Kate said in a text message shared by Kensington Palace. “On those bad days, you feel weak, tired and you have to rest your body. But on good days, when you feel strong, you want to feel better.”

Kate said her treatment would continue for “a few more months”, including, “On the days when I feel well enough, it’s a pleasure to get back to school life, to spend personal time doing things that I enjoy.” Gives energy and positivity, as well as starting to work a little from home.”

Kate also revealed in her message that she will be recruiting royals for Saturday’s Trooping the Colour, a military parade held each year to mark the reigning monarch’s professional birthday.

She said, “I’m looking forward to attending The King’s Birthday Parade with my family this weekend and looking forward to attending some public events over the summer, but also know that I have yet to be in the jungle.” “I’m not out.” “I’m learning how to be patient, especially in times of uncertainty. Taking each day as it comes, listening to my body, and allowing myself to take the time I need to heal.”

Additionally, Kate described herself as “boisterous” at the backlash she received after publicly revealing her prediction.

“This has really made a huge difference to William and me and helped us both through some difficult times,” he concluded his message, “Thank you so much for your continued understanding, and to all of you who “So bravely sharing your stories with me.”

Along with the condition update, the palace on Friday shared an unused photo of Kate, which was taken today in Windsor, England, where Kate and her country stay are.

Kate’s look at Trooping the Color will be the first in a generation she has been publicly unmasked by the royal nation since December, when she attended a Christmas past carrier at Sandringham.

Just a few weeks after Christmas, in mid-January, Kate was once again admitted to the hospital for what the palace described to the generation as “planned abdominal surgery.”

After nearly two weeks of surgical treatment in the hospital, Kate attempted to keep the family away from royal society activities while she recovered.

In March, amid increasing speculation about her condition and her lack of visibility in society, Kate announced in a pre-recorded video message that she was suffering from cancer.

Speaking impromptu on camera, Kate described the cancer diagnosis as a “huge shock” for her and her country. He said that after his stomach surgery in January, post-operative tests revealed cancer.

The type of cancer has not been disclosed. According to the Palace, Kate began the preventive chemotherapy procedure in late February.

While Kate remained out of the public eye during her treatment, William returned to work in mid-April. During his royal engagements, William has shared few updates on Kate, but thanks to fans for his backup, he responded “yes” to a man at an event in June who asked if Kate was “fine.” It is happening.”

William and the couple’s three young children, Princes George and Louis and Princess Charlotte, will join Kate at Trooping the Color on Saturday. As per tradition, the nation is expected to attend the parade and stand on the balcony of Buckingham Palace to observe the military flyover.

Charles, 75, was also diagnosed with cancer earlier this month, but has since returned to social work.

Like Kate, Charles is also expected to take part in this month’s Trooping the Colour. According to Buckingham Palace, he will play an altered role in the parade, riding in a horse-drawn carriage with his wife, Queen Camilla, instead of on horseback.

Charles’s cancer was publicly announced in February. The palace has not shared what type of cancer she was diagnosed with or what type of treatment she is undergoing.
