There are a lot of online discussions about automobile reliability. Consistently, manufacturers like Toyota and Honda rule the list of automobiles that one can count on to be drivable for years.
Alternatively, a logo that will be frequently discussed for reliability issues is Kia. Web customers have shared a number of issues arising from Kia cars, including one girl complaining that her newly purchased Kia did not work for the luxury of loot, along with many other problems.
Now, a web user says his people’s Kia has been going 110 km/h (68 mph) for an unhealthy month – and it’s going to get worse.

According to TikTok user @croissant Woman in a video that has more than 1.3 million views as of Saturday, her folks were riding in their 2014 Kia Sorento when she suddenly became ill.
“The motor stopped working and the car slowed down in the middle of the road,” the TikToker says. “We got out of the car safely, but it was an extremely dangerous situation.”
Then the incident, @croissantwoman says she visited a Kia dealership, was surprising at best given the lack of awe at this factor on the part of a team of workers.
“‘Yes, this model is just known for engine problems,'” the TikToker remembers the team of labor members saying. When pressed on why such problems would no longer warrant a recall, the TikToker shrugged. The staff team member reportedly replied, “‘Kia couldn’t spend the money to recall all the cars and replace all the motors on the cars because it would be too expensive.'”
“I was like, ‘So, we could die.’ Like, we could have died on Highway 110. We can’t do anything,” says the TikToker. The tell right now is, ‘Oh, we know we’re wrong, but it’s too much money to recall the cars and replace all the motors.'”
Despite the seriousness of the situation, the TikToker says the dealership team of employees took it lightly, talking to them inappropriately or even making fun of them. The team of employees additionally presented what they claimed was an “amazing deal” on a 2021 Kia for $25,800, which they felt was unwanted given their contemporary experience.
“Actually, I said, if we were to spend $25,000, it wouldn’t be worth it after what you just told me, what we’ve just experienced. It’s not a deal. We’re not getting anything out of it, ” TikToker Stock She also claims that the oil was “simply disappearing” in the car, and the dealership’s solution was to simply control it.
“What’s your excuse on this? What is your excuse? The engine broke down due to pipe blockage. Then the oil was burning. There was no oxygen, but you know that,” the TikToker concluded.

Kia doesn’t know how to respond
In a follow-up video, the TikToker says she called Kia and gave them information about her millions of TikTok fans. It seems as if the buyer provider agent is panicked and can no longer locate or refute the statements made through the dealership.
However, he was later told that the car would be part of the recall, but he was not informed. This was interesting to the TikToker, as the cars had been subject to two previous recalls. This concept was additionally refined through additional statements from the buyer service agent, so the TikToker was left unsure about the condition of his car.
Nonetheless, the TikToker describes the customer service staff as helpful and says the car will be towed for testing in the coming days.

In the feedback department, customers shared their problems regarding Kia cars.
“I had a 2014 Kia Sorento. “I had two engines recalled on it,” wrote one consumer. “Never buy a Kia again.”
“Basically they calculated that the lawsuits would be less than the recalls,” urged one other.
“Working for a lemon law firm in CA and CIA is horrible!” The third shouted.
An additional TikToker said, “This literally just happened to our Kia Telluride three days ago.” “At night with my two children in the car our car suddenly slowed down on the freeway. so scary!”
