For King Charles III, the show must go on.
The British monarch, who was mysteriously diagnosed with cancer earlier this week, will attend Trooping the Color on Saturday. The development is the second in his reign, and the first since his retirement by Buckingham Palace.
“Queen Elizabeth used to say, ‘I have to be seen to be believed,'” Christopher Anderson, creator of “The King,” told Fox Information Virtual. “It meant he had to go out there in front of his people and show them that the monarchy is healthy, growing and everything is fine in the country. It’s a symbol of the country.”

“Now it’s the King’s job,” Anderson shared. “King Charles is battling cancer, so he has to come out and really show that everything is fine within the House of Windsor.”

According to Anderson, the tradition of celebrating the king’s two birthdays – his uncelebrated birthday and the folk festival – dates back to the time of King Charles II, who reigned from 1660 to 1685. Trooping the Color was an annual event during the reign of the King. George III, who ruled from 1760 to 1820.
This week’s celebrations will look very different as Charles attends the development amid his cancer treatment. While in the past he rode a horse, in this future he will ride in a horse-drawn carriage with Queen Camilla.

“He very much wanted to go out there (on horseback) and send the message that everything is going to be OK and not to worry,” Anderson said. “His doctors have told him this year he can’t do it…he won’t do it the way he wants to do it, which is on the horse.”
Anderson said it was now more important than ever for the 75-year-old king to put the monarchy’s power on full display. His daughter-in-law Kate Middleton revealed Friday that she plans to wait for the parade. This will mark the mother of three’s first human appearance since she introduced her cancer diagnosis.
“Her Majesty is delighted that the Princess is able to attend tomorrow’s events, and she is looking forward to all aspects of the day,” a Buckingham Palace spokesperson said in the crowd booklet.

Anderson said King was excited to practice his late mother’s mantra – keep the peace and carry on.
Anderson defined, “He wants to show because he recognizes the symbolism of that moment.” “Look, the monarchy is under siege right now. There’s a big problem with not only the king’s cancer diagnosis, but also the cancer diagnosis of the Princess of Wales.
“Prince Andrew had to step out of the image (after the Jeffrey Epstein scandal). Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were pushed into the shadows here. There’s no denying there’s a relationship between Harry and his brother and his father. So At present, the king is like ropes.”

Anderson continued, “I believe they have to turn the country around so that everyone can easily do it.” “And that balcony view is very noticeable. At the end where they’ve got the flyover, the entire royal society is visible. The senior royals are visible in the balcony.”
One thing the public probably won’t see are King’s comedic quirks. In his book, Anderson details the royal’s alleged modus operandi, which has been called into question over the years.
“This is probably one of the most unique kings we’ve ever had,” Anderson said with a laugh. “He still travels with his puppy teddy bag, which was the only one he had as a child, and can be the only one taking care of him just fine. That’s a bit of a big no at this stage. And I Complain about all his personal tastes, how the silverware must be in a certain perspective when he eats, his servant must keep his clothes on a certain way and he will go with his personal chef, that kind of thing. talk.”

Anderson alleged, “He has his own personal toilet seat… that he’s carrying around with him, an upholstered white leather-based toilet seat.” “It seems like, he opens it very loosely… and the hand towels. When he’s moving to another country he brings all his personal hand towels and his personal restroom papers with him. However Look, you’re not going to see any of this (Trooping the Color). The main reason is that you have all those ancient jets and incredible flyovers of cutting-edge gliding for Britain is very famous.”

“You wouldn’t be able to see it, even though there would be dozens of silly things going on behind the scenes,” Anderson said.
According to Anderson, the king wants the celebration to focus on the future of the monarchy, not the ongoing health battles at the palace. And since Charles has long wanted a slimmer monarchy, all eyes are on his reign.

Anderson claimed, “He had very specific plans for figuring out how to do it.” “He wanted to attract positive members of royal society and get them off the payroll… because he felt there were too many countries (for which the crown had to back up and it was too complicated). He was a key Wanted to focus on the group.
“Unfortunately, he could not have predicted that Harry and Meghan would leave, but that Andrew would create a scandal for him. (Andrew’s) relationship with Jeffrey Epstein has, of course, made it difficult for him to continue as a working royal. Made it impossible to stay. And so, Charles was really left with this very small group.”

“Now, a key part of the royal family … the most popular member of the royal family, the woman who symbolizes the future of the royal family, is seriously ill,” Anderson said in relation to the Princess of Wales. “I think, if anything, now he feels like he needs all the help he can get… That’s why we’re seeing Prince Edward and (his wife) Sophie step forward… But Charles “It’s a really tough time for.”

While Trooping the Color would be a happy future for both royal society and Britons, Anderson believes Charles may have a different choice for his reign as his treatment continues.
Anderson claimed, “(Charles) is a guy who has a fantastic temperament.” “I’ve written about it in detail. But he seemed to be keeping it all under control. Probably facing this issue of mortality for the first time… it’s something he expected Didn’t do it.

“Discuss the irony here. You waited all your time for this role, and you’ve been in it for less than two years and you’ve been informed that you now have to fight for your moment. I believe That’s something that no one could ever have predicted. However he has … published a pretty courageous admission and moved forward.”
