PlayStation Plus Sports Catalog additions could be explored for July 2024

Sony has revealed the full line-up of PlayStation Plus games catalog additions for July 2024, including Disaster Core: Ultimate Myth 7 Reunion, Jackbox Celebration Bind 9, and more.

Introduced on the PlayStation Blog, a total of 13 games are joining the library, and they’re all available on the PlayStation Plus Final tier. They will be available on July 16, 2024.

This is one of the more diverse line-ups in recent months, including Myth role-playing games like Catastrophe Core: Ultimate Myth 7 Reunion as well as cult favorite shooter Remnant 2, celebration game extravaganza Jackbox Celebration Bind 9, and more.

PlayStation Plus Video Game Catalog Additions for July 2024

Remnant 2 is a fan favorite shooter designed to be played solo or in a party of 3. It earned a 9/10 in IGN’s assessment. We said, “Where Remnant: From the Ashes was a strong first draft, Remnant 2 is a revolutionary sequel and a brilliant manifesto for looter-shooter souls.”

Catastrophe Core: Ultimate Myth 7 Reunion is a PS4 and PS5 remake of the RPG debuting on PlayStation Portable. IGN said in our, “Even if its portable roots are sometimes a distraction, Crysis Core – Final Fantasy 7 – Reunion is the best way to play one of the PSP’s most beloved games, enhancing its graphics, combat and gameplay in the process. And the music has been almost completely modernized.” 8/10 rating.

Switching genres once again, Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord is the sequel to the acclaimed medieval battle simulator. IGN said in our 8/10 assessment, “Though lacking some technical polish, Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord is a very satisfying early access strategy battlefield.”

Jackbox Celebration Bind 9 brings additional no-controller Key Celebration games to PS4 and PS5, as a group can link up each game using their phones. The games are as wild and wacky as the cards became the virtual structure toward humanity.

Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous brings the favorite tabletop game to PlayStation where the player begins to advance into an area overrun by demons and rise to power by choosing one of the six Mythic Paths available. It also earned an 8/10 from IGN.

Deadcraft is a simulation and motion role-playing game where avid gamers must live to tell the tale. You can use any scrap to make guns while fighting from time to time during the apocalypse. Favorite motion platformer Ratchet & Clank: Measurement Problems is also included in this show on PlayStation Plus. It earned a 9/10 review from IGN, with the PSP game giving gamers the chance to tackle space adventures and unexplored worlds.
