There is a healthy competition between them every year to see who can complete the most tasks. She was happy to win last year. “Princess Anne is the most senior working royal and is admired around the world,” Chard said. “If she is unable to work for some time, I reluctantly accept, it will feel as if the monarchy has been greatly weakened… Princess Anne is incredibly strong and hard-working,” her daughter Zara said. Her mother embarrasses her…she doesn’t know how she stays so fit and busy. She works like a Trojan and both Zara and her brother Peter admire her energy and work ethic.”

One thing many royal experts say is that Anne is a good rider and will be on her feet faster than expected. The Princess is known for her love of horses and even competed as a member of the British Equestrian Team at the 1976 Montreal Olympic Games.

Anderson said, “There’s also a toughness about Anne that British people admire very much.” “Many people have forgotten that in 1974, when she was 23, Anne was almost pulled from her car and kidnapped at gunpoint. Despite four people being shot in the attempt She managed to keep her cool… (her) blunt and frank manner made her Prince Philip’s favorite child.

“She is certainly working the hardest in the royal household, even surpassing the late Queen in terms of ceremonial projects she undertakes each year. Since the King’s cancer treatment, The Princess Royal – a name she keeps for the time being – has brought even more to the future and is certainly indispensable in what she does for the monarchy, then again for Camilla, perhaps there is no one who King Charles will always look forward to in his little Queen Elizabeth has been able to trust her sister.”
