Available color options

Color options are always a big focus of attention before a major phone release, and this is especially the case with the Galaxy Z Line and Galaxy Z Turn, as having an interesting design is part of the phones’ allure. The Galaxy Z Line 6 and Galaxy Z Turn 6 color rumors were steady from the start.

According to both the rumors as well as the layouts of the leaked renders that look pretty good according to our optical, it looks like the Galaxy Z Line 6 will come in purple, dark army blue, and silver colors. Look for brighter options with the Galaxy Z Turn 6, which features silver, green, bright blue and yellow. If none of these options appeal to you, Samsung rarely offers unique colors on its website, so stay tuned.

The most frequently cited issue about foldable phones is their durability – networks are resistant to paying anywhere from $999 to $1,799 for one of Samsung’s foldables if there’s any chance that the device… effectively Se… may prevent folding. And one of the most common things that can bring units to their knees sooner than you think is mud.

This is a priority for Samsung’s Stream foldables, which have a resistance score for H2O but not soil. This makes Galaxy Z Line and Galaxy Z Turn customers wary of dust potentially getting into their telephones and wreaking havoc on its moving parts, causing the phone to appear unusable and shut down.

With that background, you’ll understand why my staff Richard Peirde is considering the feature a given for the Galaxy Z Line 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6. The rugged phone is expected to have an IP48 rating. This means that the phones will be able to withstand dust as well as being immersed in H2O. If true, it is a development that will make the manufacturing community feel more confident about purchasing foldable phones.

Meet the Galaxy, keep an eye on the bioactive sensor

The Galaxy Monitor 7 is also likely to be on the schedule for Galaxy Unpacked, although Samsung has already given us a look at one of the most untouched features coming to the monitor. Samsung previewed the bioactive fitness sensor that will likely be part of its upcoming watches.

Condition essayist James Frew has the main points for bioactive fitness sensors, though TLDR; The model is that it is embedded in Samsung smartwatches, and this advanced model boasts of optimized sensor placement which has to be placed on top for extra accurate readings for things like mid price tracking. This chip also has additional range, as well as improvements to the LEDs used to measure your mean value.

olympic atmosphere

The timing and atmosphere of this Unpacked is a little more interesting than your traditional Samsung tournament. Samsung has a tendency to stock its product launches in pristine New York or San Francisco in the past, while this time Unpacked is parked in Paris. And this is happening just weeks before the Paris Olympics begins.

In fact, Samsung moved Unpacked from its usual late July/early August date so that the product launch could coincide with the Summer Olympics in Paris. Partly, that’s because Samsung is, of course, one of the sponsors of the tournament. Although I’m guessing the type of products Samsung is offering these days is also behind the company’s choices in settings. As I wrote this weekend, fitness and health monitoring in Unpacked is moving toward usurping heart levels, to the extent that it could overwhelm foldable phones.

By the way, my staffer Kate Kozuch is in Paris to attend Unpacked, so get a report from her after the date.

Ora will move into position for the Galaxy Ring

If today is the date that brings the debut of the Galaxy Ring – and all signs certainly point to it – Samsung’s famous rival to the Ring is not in bad shape. Just before Galaxy Unpacked, Ora unveiled plans to add AI features to its Ora Ring.

The newly unveiled Ora Marketing Consultant is a set of AI-based gear that can analyze information to derive actionable advice to improve your well-being and well-being. Or as Oura puts it, the Marketing Advisor feature available to Oura Ring Gen 3 owners will tap into AI to empower (you) to achieve (your) fitness objectives with customized insights, suggestions, and encouragement.

Yours advance, Samsung.

Except that Samsung has a surprise up its sleeve. Not found These days, Galaxy Z Line 6 FE is visible in Galaxy Unpacked. This is the less expensive model of the Galaxy Z line that may take away some options – for example, put your mind off S Pen backups – in exchange for a lower price.

For a month now, rumors have been slowly trickling in about a possible cheap foldable coming to Samsung’s Summer Unpacked event. However in May, stories surfaced that Samsung was working on this particular device. Reportedly, the situation is such that Samsung scared away some rare variations from the full-featured Galaxy Z line 6.

The line’s FE model may not be completely lifeless. There are reports that it may debut on the Galaxy S25. However it is an unpacked tournament for every other year.

Galaxy AI, take two

(Symbol Credit Score: Presen)

Samsung’s stream foldables – the Galaxy Z Line 5 and the Galaxy Z Turn 5 – already boast some Galaxy AI options, as Samsung introduced the features with the Galaxy S24 to the new flagships, as well as the closing Line and Turn Was presented with. This means features like Circle to Search and Chat Help are already part of the Samsung foldable experience.

Samsung is estimated to introduce major Galaxy AI options in Unpacked these days. We know all this because Samsung told us so much in a blog post closing Edge via Rece Jun Choi, who happens to be the head of the company’s cell R&D office, in its cellular reveal exchange. “Our foldable Samsung Galaxy has the most versatile and flexible form factor ever and when combined with Galaxy AI, these two complementary technologies together will unlock all new possibilities,” Choi wrote this year.

What Galaxy AI features might be sneaking into the Galaxy Z Line 6 and Galaxy Z Turn 6 is under wraps, but at least one rumor suggests a Line-specific capability that taps into generative image editing. Will do. According to rumor, you’ll be able to snap any pictures you make on the Galaxy Z Line 6 and feature AI gears to make them look more stylish.

This is probably the end of the iceberg in terms of Galaxy AI options coming to Samsung phones, as I think AI should be the one feature that unites Samsung’s foldables with the exception of the pop-up.

Similar to Galaxy Ring

(Symbol Credit Score: Ora)

It’s too early to pick an MVP of Unpacked, bearing in mind that we’re still a few hours away from the start of development. However, it’s great that there’s a bundle of ideas on the Galaxy Ring, the impish Ring that could mark Samsung’s first foray into this untapped market of fitness trackers.

Samsung briefly confirmed the Ring at its January Unpacked event and then gave us a look at other colors during February’s Cellular International Congress. Samsung hasn’t yet told us what it’ll cost or what the Ring will be able to do.

The last query is full of leaks in at least some key points. In line with leaks, the hoop aims to measure both mean speed and pressure levels, and is expected to easily observe patterns too, with options to detect snoring to easily diagnose apnea. . Other possible options come with the ability to measure skin temperature and expected menstrual cycle.

Some stories also claim that the Galaxy Ring may come with an ECG sensor in addition to an additional sensor to measure blood tides. However, those rumors seem more far-fetched to us.
