The Sword of the Night is a katana in which it most effectively exists alden ring‘S silhouette of erdtree Expansion. This is an efficient weapon for developing skills when looking for something new, but it’s worth noting that you’ll have to complete a slightly longer quest to get it. For those who are ready for it, however, it is one of the most highly refreshed guns within the DLC.
Here’s what you need to know about the Sword of the Night and where to find it.
The Sword of the Night weighs 6.5 and requires the statistics to manipulate it:
This weapon comes with Ashes of Conflict: Witching While Slash. These ashes of conflict fill your katana with darkness even before you can launch a flurry of attacks. Those attacks cannot be stopped by enemies or alternative gamers. The feature can also be charged for backup damage, although you will have to take care of this properly in the future so as not to get stuck in the animation during incoming damage.
The Sword of Night Time can also be upgraded to +10 with Somber Smithing Stones.
The merchandise description for The Sword of Night Time reads:
“An all-consuming, bottomless black sword that swallows even the light that shines on it. Wielded by Jolan, Swordhand of Night.
The blade of the sword is only semi-material, and thus cannot be completely preserved.
Getting your hands on the Sword of the Night won’t be easy, but let us train you and we’ll get you there. You’ll want to consult the Cathedral of Manus Metir in western Scadu Altus, where you’ll find an NPC named Depend Ymir sitting on a throne. He’s going to send you on a series of quests related to some Knuckles ruins throughout the Land of the Shadow.
For your first consultation with Depend Ymir, he will hand you a map and a hollow-weighted necklace. You’ll want to take it to Rhea’s Finger Ruins (accessed via the South Coast Pocket). Whenever you start, ring (finger?) the bell in the middle of the ruins to get the Purple Seed Talisman +1 as a compliment.
Head back to the nearest Depend Ymir while visiting Rhea’s Finger Ruins to get a new map with Cherished Stardust. You need to take this product to Dhio’s Finger Ruins, which is very well hidden behind a statue like Grace’s Get Again website in the Silhouette Collection.
Install the statue in the front room of Grace’s website and perform the “O, Mother” ritual.
It can quickly isolate a route to the hinterlands, which immediately leads to the Finger Ruins of Dheo. Connect with the bell (finger?) in the middle of the ruins once again to get the Cerulean Seed Amulet +1.
Proceed again to talk to Depend Ymir another day to get the final map. Afterwards, reset the department by teleporting away to the Cathedral of Manus Metir and returning to it later. You will find that Depend Ymir has disappeared. Alternatively, you will be able to access the throne and connect with it as you disembark beneath Miar’s Finger Ruins.
At the end of this new department, you’ll face Metier, the Mother of Hands boss. With ample range and a fair amount of Scadutree Fragments to collect, he is one of the most straightforward and simple primary bosses in the DLC.
When Metier, Mother of the Hands falls to your might, advance again and join the throne of the second future to give birth to the Swordhand of the Night Time Jolan Invader. This is an easy NPC battle and doesn’t take long. Alternatively, when she dies, Depend Ymir will reappear, so be prepared for another conflict.
Depend Ymir, the Mother of Hands boss, doesn’t have a ton of HP, so you’ll be able to defeat him looking unhealthy for a short period of time with major damage spells or talents. A primary fear of battle are the Fingercreepers he spawns, though you’ll have to be able to rid the world of them with some quick attacks.
When Dependent Ymir is finally defeated, fast exit and go back to the final future in the throne room. Leaning against a pillar similar to a throne is a jolon. Provided that you have discovered fragments of the Iris of Grace and/or the Iris of Occultation during your travels, you will be given the technique to bestow it on her.
Select the iris of luxury. When Jolan is destroyed, you will be able to loot the shiny goodies left behind to finally obtain the Sword of the Night.
inspection: For those who have not yet discovered the Iris of Occultation, it can also be easily discovered by defeating the Lesser Omenkiller within the Castle of Reprimand in Scadu Altus. On the other hand, you will be able to kill a less ulcerated soul within the Church District of the Silhouette Accumulation, despite the fact that it will require some additional paintings.
