Key to the show’s supremacy was the return of Seth Rollins, who had been out of action since pulling double duty at WrestleMania XL to recover from multiple injuries. He returned to the top of the show and left the ring to face Damian Priest for the Fields title.
However it was Uncle Hiya and his new team that left a lasting memory. Hiya and his team left a bloody scene backstage as the crowd began storming out in the final minutes of the performance.
CBS Sports was with you all night with recaps and highlights of all the action from the American Warehouse Center in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Seth Rollins comes back and starts taking on Cash inside the warehouse.
Seth Rollins returned to Raw at the height of the show and immediately put it in the sunlight, his goal being to recapture the Fields Heavyweight Championship, ousting Priest. Priest said he’s happy to see Rollins back and healthy, but Rollins needs to understand that Priest is running the show now. This was all set up by Priest to give Rollins a shot at the belt at Cash in the Warehouse, telling Rollins that this was not a put-on that would end with him jumping at Judgment Moment. Rollins approved and the match was confirmed for the night.
Girls Cash in Warehouse Qualifying Match – Io Sky def. Kiana James and Zelina Vega by pinfall On James with the Over the Moonsault. Liv Morgan came to the ring wearing Dominic Mysterio’s red cow vest, which had been missing backstage for a long time, distracting Vega and helping Sky get the victory.
Men’s Cash in Warehouse Qualifying Fit — Jey Uso def. Finn Balor and Rey Mysterio by pinfall Uso with a spray on Balor. Judgment Moments were in the air but Braun Strowman stopped them. Within some time he got victory.
It is unusual that the biggest reason a priest struggles to come back to being a “man” throughout his tenure is the lack of real personality course. She is the “leader” of Judgment Moment, a heel team, though is most effective when Rhea Ripley is not around. Despite being critical of the heel faction, he often wants to do things the right way or emphasize identity, as he did with Balor. It might help if fans could say I’m sick when, in fact, they’re expected to react to that. All that said, Rollins’ return provides Raw with a much-needed shot of superstar power at card dominance. Besides, who doesn’t get excited by the clutter of cash inside the warehouse? grade B
Uncle Hiya and his friends team up to make an impact
Later following the completion of the primary tournament, the lighting in the arena went out before a door appeared on the gate ramp. This triggered a parade of characters as the camera panned behind the curtain branch, gradually introducing Uncle Hiiya’s band of misfits and, finally, Hiiya himself. He left a bloody scene behind the scenes, leaving some Roasters participants subconscious. The crowd reached the door ramp, grabbed a lantern in the style of Bray Wyatt and Hiia announced “We’re here” before extinguishing the lights and ending the performance.
I don’t know how many months it will take, but WWE completely ruined the presentation here. The whole thing felt impressive, dramatic, and simple. Personally the most productive factor that can happen is that feeling of wondering where this is all going. It shouldn’t be entirely “great” vs “terrible”. It is necessary to attract attention. This was attention-grabbing. grade A-
